Yes, the same-day turnaround for urgent laundry needs. Fee $10.00

We take reasonable care of all garments and process items according to their care labels whenever possible. However, laundry and cleaning processes may carry an inherent risk of shrinkage, fading, color bleeding, stretching, fabric damage, or damage to buttons, zippers, prints, embellishments, and other decorative features.

We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, pre-existing defects, improper or missing care labels, hidden damage, or the natural deterioration of fabrics and materials.

Customers are responsible for checking pockets and notifying us of any special care requirements before service. We recommend that valuable, delicate, sentimental, or irreplaceable items be disclosed to us before processing.

No, leave your laundry out on the day of pickup. For your first service, we recommend that you fill a 13-gallon kitchen bag or fabric equivalent, marked with your name "For Poppin Bubbles" please do not use hampers or boxes of any sort.

Unfortunately, because of military security protocols we cannot provide services to military bases.

No, we wash and dry our customers' laundry individually in separate machines.

We reserve the right to hold off on processing your laundry until it is cleared. If your items are laundered, we reserve the right to hold your items until your invoice is paid. Once paid, we will drop off when we are next in your area, for no more than 3 business days.

We recommend that your pick/drop off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front porch.

We also keep an eye on the weather. If the weather does not permit, we'll contact you and make alternate plans.

While we love animals, to ensure the safety of our drivers we request that any pets be kept in an enclosed area during pickup/drop-off.

New Year's Day – January 1st

Memorial Day – Last Monday in May

Independence Day – July 4th

Labor Day – First Monday in September

Thanksgiving Day – Fourth Thursday in November

Christmas Day – December 25th

Yes, we do. Please place all stained clothing in a smaller "Special Attention'' bag, and place that bag inside your main bag of laundry. Let us know by including a note in the bag of laundry. Fee $3.00

Please be advised if you are hyper allergic to scents from laundry products. We may not be able to guarantee your order will be returned as needed. We will do our best to follow all specified preferences for your order. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us prior to scheduling a pick-up.

We employ W2 professional staff who complete your laundry in our professional facilities. Laundry is not done by gig workers in their private residences.
